Production Catering / Guidelines & course of action
The Food • Meals are delivered in insulated food carriers to ensure your food is served hot. • Salads & desserts are kept in coolers on ice. • We are not a restaurant, everything we make is prepared only for you! • We Love Cooking for You!!
Options • Our menu options are designed to please all dietary needs. We try to do the thinking for you! • Gluten Free, Dairy Free, & Vegetarian options are incorporated into every menu. • Many menus have a vegan option, if not, we can always add a vegan entree. • Custom menus, riders, unique requests are all welcome and handled by request.
Timing • We understand that times may change during productions. Our pricing also changes for different times of the day. • Our standard "Ready to Serve" times are 7:00AM to 3:00PM. Any meals served earlier or later than these hours subject to our listed Prices.
Ordering • 20 person minimum. Please be specific with your headcount...try to anticipate any extra folks joining the crew. • We appreciate planning ahead to ensure that we can offer the most options. • Last minute requests are welcome....we just might have limited menus to offer.
Equipment • Often when productions are running late we are asked to leave our hot boxes on site. We are happy to do it...here are the return options... • We can pick them up for an additional fee (same price as the delivery fee) • They can be returned to us at the end of the produciton with your drop-offs for no extra charge • Lost boxes are charged for replacement ($300 each)
Allergies • We notate the following on our food labels: • Gluten Free (GF) • Dairy Free (DF) • Vegetarian • Vegan • Contains Nuts or May Contain Nuts • Nut Allergies: We are not a nut free facility. In addition to the dishes with nuts, we suggest avoiding all of our salads. Salads are made together in a section of our kitchen that uses many types of nuts. We can not guarantee the absense of trace amounts. • Garlic & Onions Allergies: These ingredients are rarely used raw but cannot be avoided in our recipes. • We require all dietary requests at least 3 business days before the scheduled meal. Late requests can be accommodated by adding items to the menu.
Cancellation Policy • Cancellations made within 3 business days (Mon-Fri) prior to the order will incur a 50% charge. • Orders cancelled the day before will be charged in full. • We require cancellations in writing. All cancellations are final.
